Gifted Hands Homecare provides the elderly and/or disabled people with daily personal care assistance and light housekeeping tasks. We are able to give these services via the Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) program. GAFC is a Medicaid-funded long-term care community option designed to serve people who meet specific criteria. The goal is to provide support services and prevent long-term placement.
