Jesmond Nursing Home is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and home-like setting for its residents who require skilled nursing care, long-term care, rehabilitation care, hospice care, and respite services. We strive through our well-trained and caring staff to provide continuity of care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and to enable each of our residents to achieve and maintain healthy and enjoyable lives.

Respite care is offered to family members who are caregivers. We accept people who intend to stay temporarily in our facility. It gives their loved ones a break from taking care of them. Respite care offers health benefits through stress reduction. It gives more time to family caregivers in doing other activities such as exercising and shopping. We offer people a change in setting and the chance to be cared for by professionals.
