Capuano Care is a local, privately owned company. We are a full-service, multi-faceted home health care agency. We serve people and the medical community throughout Hampden and Hampshire Counties. We are a Medicare/Medicaid certified home health care agency. We offer reimbursable in-home medical, therapeutic and rehabilitative care. We are a full-range private pay provider. We offer services to people needing in-home help but not qualified for traditional insurance coverage.

We offer Short-term Respite Service and companion care. They are an essential part of an overall home support strategy. Respite gives family caregivers temporary relief from caring for people with various needs.
