Narrative

We are a Commonwealth of Massachusetts approved provider. Asante Home Care administers quality Personal Care Attendant Services (PCA) to eligible disabled and elderly Mass Health recipients. Through our Group Adult Foster Care Program (GAFC), we will help the most vulnerable remain in their homes and maintain their independence for as long as possible.

Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC), is a MassHealth sponsored program. GAFC provides assistance with personal care services to eligible people, aged twenty-two years and older, with disabilities. Low-income Massachusetts residents and those living in approved subsidized housing are also eligible.
