Narrative

LifeStream offers a range of care for people with disabilities (PwD). Programs include community residences (group homes), services for those living on their own or with their families. We offer day support, and supported employment.

Our primary goal is to give those we serve a chance to develop their potential. They can gain independence, and reach their dreams.
