Narrative

Adult Foster Care, also known as AFC, is a program that allows elderly or disabled people to keep living at home with the help of a caregiver.

If you are taking care of somebody, you could be paid for this and get resources to make caregiving easier.

Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) supports people through visits from trained caregivers, who may be a friend, family member, or VITRA Health staff.

Caregivers help with personal care and ADLs, supervision, and daily household activities. They are supported by VITRA Health.
