Narrative

Adult Foster Care

Helping people with special needs get the care and resources they need to improve their well-being.

AFC is a care service provided to elderly adults and adults with developmental or physical disabilities. Given that these people could not live alone safely, AFC caregivers are trained to provide elderly adults with direct care on a day-to-day basis. Unlike the care given by a nursing home facility, AFC is given to people in the comfort of their own homes. Caregivers give them the meals, companionship, help, and supervision they need.
