Narrative

The Guided Personal Supports (GPS) program provides services to people 22+ who are supported through the Department of Developmental Services (DDS).

People in the program are paired 1:1 with a Support Coach, who provides in-home and community support for adults supported through DDS.

In Home Supports (with or without an ASD diagnosis)

These supports are intended to promote additional skill building around community integration, life skills, safety skills, and social skills based on individual goals.

Social Group

Our social group brings together a group of diverse people who are looking to meet new people and improve their social skills. We practice a variety of social skills, such as leadership, teamwork, humor, and manners. Our mission is to empower people through social skill development and community engagement. Enrollment is available for people supported through the DDS North Shore Area Office.
