Narrative

Wells offers adult foster care (AFC) and group adult foster care (GAFC). These are MassHealth funded programs for older adults and people with disabilities. Some people can no longer live on their own. 

They may need help with:

• Personal care
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming

Other services are:

• Light housekeeping
• Grocery shopping
• Meal prep
• Laundry
• Meds management
• Transportation
