Narrative

People aged 16 and older who require help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, mobility, eating, or toileting—can benefit from our care services. People have the option to keep living in their own home with a caregiver. They can move to an approved caregiver’s home. This ensures they receive the support they need in a comfortable and familiar setting.

The Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) Program is designed to help elders and people with disabilities in remaining at home and active within their communities. GAFC provides eligible people with support for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
