Narrative

 Staff may work with people on a variety of life skills such as:

  • money management (banking, bill paying, budgeting);
  • shopping (groceries, personal);
  • help with organizing their living setting, housekeeping;
  • sorting through mail, ensuring that their rent is paid on time;
  • help with accessing generic resources (Section 8 housing, SNAP benefits, MassHealth);
  • help with medical appointments;
  • recreation & community integration

Personal Care Assistance (PCA support) – people may need help with hiring their PCA workers, submitting their PCA’s timesheets, or filling out other paperwork.
